Privacy policy

Your files are never uploaded

All our tools (QR codes, image conversion and compression, PDF merging, calculators) run directly in your browser. Your files and the information you type are never sent to our servers, stored or seen by us.

Data we collect

The free tools need no sign-up. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, anonymously (visits per page), with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. The site shows no advertising. The data controller is Aurore Vilatte (11 Le Bois du Rateau, 87130 Masléon, France).

If you create an account

An account is optional. It is only used for features that need to remember something: dynamic QR codes, saved details and, for French users, rentals and rent receipts. In that case we store:

• your email address, to send you your sign-in links;
• the dynamic QR codes you create (name and destination URL);
• your saved details and, if you add one, your logo;
• rental receipts (French users): the rentals you save (names, addresses, amounts, tenant’s email) and the receipts created, so you can find them again and send them when you ask;
• for each scan of a dynamic QR code: the date, the country and the type of device (iPhone, Android, computer), with no IP address.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your card details and protects them under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number; we only keep the status of your subscription and your invoices.

This data is hosted by Cloudflare, emails are sent through Resend (servers in Ireland), and it is never sold or used for advertising. You can delete a rental and its history at any time from your account, and ask for your account to be deleted. If you save a tenant’s details, let them know that their receipts are sent to them through this service.
