If a paid plan isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewals (monthly or yearly) are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to avoid the next one. Exception: a yearly renewal can be refunded if requested within 14 days and the paid features haven’t been used since.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account address. The refund goes back to the card used, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Your account then returns to the free plan.
