Terms of sale

Effective 1 November 2026.

1. Scope

These terms govern subscriptions to the Essential and Pro plans of https://creaxxo.app (“Creaxxo”), published by Aurore Vilatte, sole trader registered in France, SIRET 507 678 548 00029. The free tools remain available without sign-up or payment.

2. Seller, payment and invoices

The seller is the publisher named above. Payment is made by card on the secure page of our payment provider Stripe; we never see your card details. An invoice is issued for each payment and is available in your account under “Manage my subscription”. VAT exemption (micro-entreprise, article 293 B of the French Tax Code): prices include no VAT.

3. Plans and prices

• Essential: 4,90 € per month or 39 € per year.
• Pro: 12,90 € per month or 119 € per year.

Each plan’s features are listed on the pricing page. The price shown at checkout applies.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from “My account” › “Manage my subscription”; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account returns to the free plan. Your data is kept.

5. Refunds

Your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in our refund policy.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Templates and calculators are provided for information only and are not legal, tax or financial advice. The e-signature offered is a simple electronic signature under the eIDAS regulation.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to distribute unlawful, misleading or malicious content. We may suspend accounts that do.
