Why is 1 GB not 1,024 MB?
Under the international standard, 1 GB = 1,000 MB. Multiples of 1,024 are called KiB, MiB and GiB. Windows still shows “GB” while counting in 1,024s, which is why a 1 TB drive appears as 931 GB on your computer.
How many grams of flour are in a cup?
About 125 g in a US cup (236.6 ml) and 130 g in a 250 ml metric cup. It depends on the ingredient: pick it in the Cooking tab, since a cup of sugar weighs far more than a cup of flour.
How much is a teaspoon and a tablespoon?
A level teaspoon is 5 ml and a tablespoon 15 ml, so 3 teaspoons make a tablespoon.
How big is a hectare?
A hectare is 10,000 m² (a 100 m square), or about 2.47 acres. A football pitch is roughly 0.7 hectares.
